Kathleen Cronin

Kathleen Cronin is a Corporate Accounting Manager at SubCom, starting in September 2023, following a substantial tenure at Bottomline Technologies from July 2018 to September 2023, where Kathleen served as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. In these roles, Kathleen was instrumental in preparing quarterly earnings releases, SEC filings, and year-end reporting cycles. Responsibilities included financial statement preparation, footnote support, Management’s Discussion & Analysis, and investor schedule preparation. Additionally, Kathleen managed month-end close procedures, reconciled general ledger accounts, and facilitated external auditor requests.
