Leida Nieves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both technical and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Senior NOC Engineer at SubCom since September 2025, Leida also holds the position of Vice President of National Growth at AFI, USA Corporation since July 2021, focusing on aligning departmental efforts to drive growth. Previous roles include Senior Analyst and Systems Analyst at T-Mobile and various positions in incident management and network engineering. An artist as well, Leida dedicates free time to creating diverse artwork through Leida's Impressions. Educationally, Leida earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Information Systems from The University of Arizona Global Campus and is a current candidate for a Master’s in Information Systems Management.
