Previously, they served as a Helicopter Crew Chief in the United States Army Reserve and went on to hold significant roles at Oracle and EMC, where they managed complex business system implementations and led global teams. Currently, Matt is the Head of Enterprise Resource Planning at SubCom and manages Business Relationship & Delivery Services at Harvard Business Publishing, where they have established innovative IT operating models and improved delivery efficiency. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Salem State University and an MBA in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
