Michael Sanford

Michael Sanford serves as the Global Head of Private Equity and Senior Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management since August 2006. In addition to this role, Sanford is an active board member for several companies, including Landmark Structures, Electrical Components International, Red River, Source Code, and SubCom, all of which span various industries. Prior experience includes positions as an analyst in the Restructuring & Reorganization Advisory Group at Blackstone and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America. Sanford holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business with Highest Distinction from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State.
