Robert Bougher has extensive maritime experience, beginning with a role as 3rd Officer at Military Sealift Command from August 2012 to February 2014, where responsibilities included standing navigational and security watches and conducting equipment inspections. From January 2014 to March 2016, Robert served as 3rd mate/ADPO at Transocean, focusing on lifesaving and firefighting equipment aboard rigs and conducting preventative maintenance. Following this, Robert held the position of 2nd Mate/Navigator at Crowley Government Services from May 2017 to June 2019, where duties included overseeing port security and navigational watches on the USNS Effective and maintaining lifesaving inventory. Currently, since July 2019, Robert works as 1st Officer and 2nd Mate Navigator/DPO at SubCom.
