Robert Ryder, CMVR, CDR, is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and financial services. Currently serving as the Recruiting Manager at SubCom since January 2022, Robert has implemented a veteran recruiting strategy that fosters relationships with American Corporate Partners and local veteran associations. Prior to this, Robert held leadership roles at Planet Forward, including Recruiting Team Lead and Senior National Recruiter, focusing on staffing solutions for technical positions. Robert's earlier career includes significant experience at FootBridge, CCSI INC, and roles in financial advisory at MetLife and equipment leasing at CIT. Robert earned a BS in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College.
