Ryan Graffam

Ryan Graffam serves as a Quality Supervisor at SubCom since January 2024, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and ISO standards while leading quality testing and inspection efforts. Concurrently, Ryan holds multiple leadership roles in the United States Army Reserve, including Company Commander of the 308th Quartermaster Company and Executive Officer of the 619th Transportation Company, where responsibilities include unit readiness, training, logistics, and operations management. Previous experience includes a Maintenance Supervisor position at The Home Depot overseeing a major distribution center, and roles in customer service and operations at Graffam Brothers Seafood Market and Chick-fil-A. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Husson University and completed training at the Army Logistics University.
