Winter Ryan

Winter Ryan is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as a 2nd Officer at SubCom since October 2021. Ryan also holds the position of 3rd Officer at American Maritime Officers, also starting in October 2021. Winter Ryan completed a degree at the State University of New York Maritime College from 2016 to 2020.
