SubcontractorOS exists to solve one problem for subcontractors:

The commercial side of the business always ends up landing back on the owner.

Contracts.
Variations.
Dayworks.
Delay and disruption.
Notices.
Evidence.
Entitlement.

Even when subcontractors know what should be done, it still slips, drifts, or gets written off - because no one owns it week to week.

We fix that by taking it over.

SubcontractorOS provides done-for-you commercial management for subcontractors.

We don’t just train your team.
We don’t just give advice and leave it with you.
We don’t add another admin burden.

We run and do the commercial function for you across live projects.

That means we take responsibility for:

	•	Contract and change management
	•	Variations and dayworks
	•	Delay and disruption entitlement
	•	Notices, records, and commercial evidence
	•	Ongoing commercial control week to week

So nothing slips, drifts, or gets quietly written off.

Our role is to protect your contractual position and commercial entitlement, so when it’s time to value and get paid, the groundwork is already done properly.

This is delivered using our Profit Protection System a structured commercial control framework built from Tier-1 contracting environments and adapted for subcontractors who don’t want to hire, manage, or firefight.

You stay focused on delivery and clients.
We run the commercial engine in the background.

SubcontractorOS is for established subcontractors who want to grow without carrying the commercial burden themselves - and who want to get paid properly for the work they do.
