Leonard Sczechowicz

Leonard Sczechowicz is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and management. Currently serving as Installation Coordinator at Subeca since June 2019, Leonard previously held the position of Operations Officer at Tailored Hair for Men, where significant accomplishments included transforming the business into the #1 Rated Barber Shop in San Diego and managing multiple salons with a substantial client base. Leonard's earlier roles include managing events and outreach for March of Dimes, operations administration for Contract Suppliers, and leadership as President of the Environmental Business Society at San Diego State University, where major sustainability initiatives were achieved.
