Robin Antony

Robin Antony has over 14 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Currently, Robin is working as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Subex since October 2022. Prior to this, Robin worked as a Manager - HRBP at Atos from December 2021 to June 2022. From June 2019 to November 2021, Robin held the position of Associate Manager HRBP at KPIT. Before that, Robin served as an HR Business Partner at Lupin Limited from October 2016 to June 2019. Robin also worked as a Unit - HR at Concorde Motors India Ltd from December 2012 to October 2016 and as an HR Manager at Abridge Info Systems Inc from August 2011 to November 2012. Robin began their career as a Recruiter Trainee at Pinnacle HR Consultants from September 2008 to April 2009.

Robin Antony has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management & Tourism from Vidya Vikas Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Tech. Robin also completed their H.S from Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao Junior College and their 10th standard from Faith Academy, Delhi. Additionally, Robin has obtained various certifications related to human resources, including Employee Experience, EU GDPR - Data Protection and Data Security, Verified International Academic Qualifications, CHARTERED PROFESSIONAL IN HUMAN RESOURCE, HR as a Business Partner, Strategic Human Resources, Succession Planning, and Talent Management.
