Srinivas M R has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Srinivas started their career as an MIS Executive at Tata Elxsi Limited, where they were responsible for Unix/Oracle Database Administration and Lotus Notes Development and Administration.

After that, Srinivas joined Subex in 2000 and held various roles, including Director of Testing, Senior Director of Managed Services, and Regional Vice President of Sales for the Sub Saharan Africa region. In these roles, they demonstrated their leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams, achieve targets, and deliver high customer satisfaction.

In 2020, Srinivas joined Mobileum as the Vice President of Sales, where they focused on strategic accounts in Africa, Asia, and India. And most recently, in 2021, they returned to Subex as the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Sub Saharan Africa region.
