Will. Richards

Will Richards has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Will. has held various roles in fraud management and revenue assurance. Starting at BT in 1993, they worked in fraud operations and consultancy for 10 years. Will. then moved to Azure as a Fraud Consultant in 2004. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Subex Systems as a Fraud Subject Matter Expert. Will. continued their career at Subex (UK) Ltd as the Head of Fraud Practice EMEA from 2009 to 2011. Will then joined Subex Ltd as the Head of Fraud & Revenue Assurance Practice from 2011 to 2013. Most recently, they have been working at Subex as the Sales Director for the UK, Ireland, and Baltics since 2022.

Will Richards has attended Liverpool John Moores University and Wirral Metropolitan College. Will. also holds a certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner obtained from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in 2014.
