Eric Krash

Eric Krash is a seasoned People and Operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at Subject since 2025. They previously held the role of Chief of Staff & Senior Director of Product Operations at WeightWatchers, where they managed extensive teams and significant budgets, driving improvements in various metrics and leading effective restructuring initiatives. Eric has a strong background in talent acquisition, having led global recruiting functions at WeightWatchers and Houseparty, where they scaled the workforce and developed core People Ops infrastructure. They also played a crucial role in the M&A integration for a $132M acquisition and have experience supporting early-stage startups in talent and operations. Eric is currently pursuing an MBA at UCLA Anderson.
