Kelly Maxson

Kelly Maxson, M.Ed., NCBT, is a dedicated K–12 educator and instructional design leader with 30 years of experience in fostering student engagement and success. Kelly's career includes roles such as Director of Middle and High School and Science Department Lead at Subject, where there is a focus on developing and implementing innovative teaching practices. With expertise in project-based learning and staff mentorship, Kelly has shaped educational programs across various institutions, including Falls Lake Academy, Lowe's Grove Middle School, and Vance Charter School. Kelly holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, equipping them with the skills to advocate for students and support teachers effectively.
