SubletU is a housing platform built for students and interns navigating short-term stays in new cities, starting with New York City.

Every year, thousands of students accept internships and relocate, only to face the same challenges: fragmented listings, unverified roommates, and constant exposure to scams across Facebook groups, GroupMe chats, and online forums.
SubletU solves this by creating a trusted, student-first marketplace where users are verified through their .edu email and can confidently search, list, and connect for short-term housing.

More than just a listing platform, SubletU is designed to support the full relocation experience, combining verified housing, roommate matching, and community-driven connections in one place.

Built on verification, transparency, and trust, SubletU reduces friction during one of the most uncertain parts of the internship journey.

Early access is now open.
