Sublime Data is a data platform engineering firm helping mid-market enterprises modernise their data infrastructure on Databricks.

We implement, migrate, and manage enterprise data platforms on the Databricks Lakehouse — from legacy data warehouse migrations to production-grade Delta Lake pipelines to ongoing managed services. Our team brings 10+ years of hands-on data architecture experience to every engagement.

What we deliver:
-> Data Platform Assessments — current state audit, gap analysis, and Databricks modernisation roadmap
-> Lakehouse Migration & Implementation — moving legacy DW (Teradata, Oracle, Redshift, SQL Server) to Delta Lake with Medallion architecture and dbt
Pipeline Engineering — Auto Loader, Delta Live Tables, Databricks Workflows, and structured streaming
-> Unity Catalog & Governance — enterprise access control, lineage, data contracts, and compliance frameworks
-> Lakehouse Guardian — managed services for post-implementation monitoring, optimisation, and enhancements

Who we work with:
Mid-market enterprises (200-2,000 employees) who are migrating from legacy data infrastructure, trying to unlock value from Databricks they have already purchased, or building the data foundation for an AI strategy.

We also offer full-stack AI engineering and digital product development — MVPs, AI-integrated applications, and custom platforms — for founders and product teams.
