Marcel Estay serves as the Environmental Manager at Submar, Inc. since April 2013, bringing extensive experience in environmental consulting and management. Prior roles include Environmental Consultant/Team Leader at Environmental Safety & Health Consulting Services, Inc. from September 2007 to April 2013, and Environmental Scientist at CH2M HILL for a brief period in 2007. Marcel Estay holds a Master of Science in Marine and Environmental Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business, both obtained from Nicholls State University, with the latter completed in 2005 and the former in 2008.
