SubMelk is the first platform in Iran to tokenize construction projects. Investing in construction is one of the most profitable economic activities worldwide. However, entering this field requires diverse expertise, substantial capital, and significant time and energy. At SubMelk, our experts, equipped with world-class economic and financial knowledge and extensive research, have designed a unique model tailored to the Iranian market. This model introduces and manages construction projects by pooling and partnering both small and large investments from various individuals, thereby saving investors time and costs. At SubMelk, not only is the profit from property price increases shared, but the entire profit from the added value of construction is fully distributed among investors. This sets SubMelk apart from traditional real estate developers who rely on pre-sales, fractional sales, or crowdfunding to finance their projects.
