Adrián Barreal is the current Head of Campaigns at Submer. Adrián has also been the Global Head of Customer Acquisition at Submer, in charge of planning and putting in place a global strategy for acquiring new potential customers though different channels and activities. These include setting up the lead nurturing program from scratch, setting up the lead scoring program from scratch, running the outbound acquisition program from scratch, and managing marketing automation though Pardot and Salesforce. Barreal has also been a CRM & Customer Experience Associate Proffesor at IQS Barcelona and has previously worked as the Head of Owner Experience and Insights Manager, Digital Customer Experience Lead, at CPM International for 2 years 2 months. There, they were responsible for Quality, NPS analysis and Reporting teams for Dyson customer service. Barreal was also responsible for improving Dyson customer service experience by establishing the omnichannel strategy for 16 European markets and implementing disruptive technologies and tools to automate processes focusing on improving customer experience lifecycle.

Adrián Barreal has a Master's degree in Internet Business from ISDI, a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universidad de Vigo, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Universidad de Alcalá.
