Ilse Deblende is currently the Project and Knowledge Manager at the King Baudouin Foundation, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company from 2016 to 2021 and held various positions including Management Assistant and HR Assistant through Secretary Plus Outsourcing Solutions in 2015. Ilse studied Romance Languages and received their Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts, both with magna cum laude honors, from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
