Ben Bach has a diverse work experience. Ben began their career in 2011 as a Property Manager at the Missoula Housing Authority. In 2013, they moved to Hines as an Assistant Property Manager and Tenant Coordinator. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant Property Manager for Bentall Kennedy. From 2016-2018, they worked at James Tjoa & Associates as an Associate and Client Manager. During this time, they served clients from individual investors, non-profits, and publicly traded companies in the purchase and sale of commercial, investment, and development properties throughout the Seattle metro region. Ben also managed in-house cross-functional real estate development projects and delivered key project milestones by adjusting project plans and resources. In 2018, they began working for Submittable as a Director of Professional Services, Professional Services Manager, Program Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Ben was the back-to-back recipient of Submittable's Account Manager of the Year award in 2019 and 2020 and surpassed 200% and 150% of their annual quotas in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
Ben Bach obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government from Hope College between 2005 and 2009. In 2011, they obtained a Low-Income House Tax Credit Certified from Kay-Kay Reality Corporation. In 2012, they obtained a Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Fair Housing Certified from Montana Fair Housing. In 2015, they obtained a Real Estate Broker from the State of Washington. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management certification from Lynda.com. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington, and they attended the University of Washington for Project Management between 2017 and 2018.
