Britney Held

Britney Held is an experienced sports instructor and implementation specialist with a strong background in education and coaching. Currently serving as a sports instructor at Apex Volleyball Club since July 2024, Britney has also been with Submittable as an implementation specialist since June 2022, where responsibilities include assisting clients with their grant and application processes on the platform. Previous roles include teaching 7th grade English at Charlotte Latin School from August 2019 to June 2022 and serving as a coach at CLT Beach and Carolina Union Volleyball Club from 2013 to 2022. Additionally, Britney was the head coach for the volleyball team at Central Cabarrus High School from January 2017 to June 2019. Britney holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the same institution, awarded in 2016.
