Laura Rensing

Laura Rensing has worked in a variety of roles across multiple industries. Laura began their career in 2012 as an Editorial Intern and Editorial Assistant at Keller Media, Inc., followed by an Intern role at Write Bloody Publishing. In 2014, they began working as an Editorial Assistant at SAGE Publications. In 2015, they joined MySafe:LA as an Administration & Operations Manager and Administrative Assistant. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Development Coordinator & Operations Manager at Los Angeles Ballet. During this time, they also completed a Graduate Student role at Northwestern University, obtaining a MS in Leadership for Creative Enterprises. In 2020, they began working as a Research Associate | Arts Management | Data Analyst | Data Integrity and Research Intern at Arts Alliance Illinois. In 2021, Laura became a Project Manager and Implementation Specialist at Submittable, as well as a Founder at 1099 Creative.

Laura Rensing obtained a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature from UC Irvine in 2011. Laura then went on to pursue a Masters in Leadership in Creative Enterprises from Northwestern University in 2020. In December 2022, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
