Mel Mackay

Mel Mackay has been working in the professional world since 2015. Mel began their career at New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) as a Member Service Representative and Bank Teller. In 2017, they took on the role of HR Assistant/ Receptionist at FoodScience Corporation. Mel also worked as an Office Administrator at Vermont Mechanical that same year. In 2018, Mel became the Operations Coordinator at the Town of Colchester, VT. In 2020, they were hired as an Inspections Administrator at Western States Fire Protection. Most recently, Mel has been working as a Mid Market Customer Success Manager and Account Manager at Submittable since 2021.

Mel Mackay attended McKenzie College from 2011 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Photography. Mel then attended Vermont Technical College from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In June 2022, Mel obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
