Rick Carback, Consultant, is responsible for leading SubRosa consulting teams. Rick brings to SubRosa 20+ years of experience helping clients overcome cybersecurity risk and compliance challenges in areas that include cryptography, software development, Software as a Service (SaaS), blockchain, privacy preservation, elections, IoT, voting systems, and mixed networks. Rick holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
