Joel Braga has worked in the software engineering field since 2012. In that year, they began as a Full Stack Developer at Processo/Produtiva, where they worked with .NET (C#), PHP, HTML, Javascript, jQuery, and SQL Server. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Researcher at the Life and Health Sciences Research Institute in Braga, where they developed supporting systems for acquisition, archiving, and diffusion of endoscopic procedures. In 2014, they became a Full Stack Developer and Backend Developer at Tlantic SI, where they worked on a cloud distributed microservices architecture and Dev Ops work in AWS EC2 and using Docker. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Pixelmatters and as a Freelancer. In 2019, they became Co-Founder at Equalizing. Joel currently works as a Software Engineer at Subscript.
Joel Braga obtained a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering - Medical Informatics from Universidade do Minho between 2008 and 2013.
