Jorge Díaz Bes

Jorge Díaz Bes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Subscript since January 2025, Jorge has held several key roles, including SRE Engineering Manager at Capital One and Engineering Manager at Okteto. As the Founder and CEO of Cuídemi, Jorge also demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous positions include Head of Agile Delivery at BABEL, Agile Coach at Management System Cube, and Head of Lean-Agile at S21sec. Jorge's career began as a Software Engineer at EADS CASA ESPACIO, culminating with a Master's in Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MBA from IE Business School.
