Abigail Mitchell

Abigail Mitchell is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in environmental and operations project management. Since May 2018, Abigail has been serving as a Senior Tendering Engineer at Subsea 7, following a previous role as a Tendering Engineer. In addition to this position, Abigail undertook a secondment as a Lead Environment Consultant at Xodus from July to November 2023. Prior experience includes working at Vermilion Energy from April 2013 to May 2018 as an Operations Project Engineer and Graduate Engineer, and at Barrick Gold Corporation from December 2010 to November 2012 as an Environmental Technician, where a distinction-graded thesis was completed on the fate and transport of seepage plumes from a tailings storage facility, supervised by Professor Carolyn Oldham. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from The University of Western Australia, completed in 2012.
