Mark Griffiths is an experienced maritime professional with a diverse background in various roles within the marine industry. Currently serving as Captain at Subsea 7 since March 2016, Mark holds the qualifications of Master Mariner and Dynamic Positioning Operator (DPO). Previous positions include Chief Officer involved in the Seven Arctic new build project at Hyundai Heavy Industries, and Marine Surveyor at Brookes Bell Marine Consultancy, focusing on accident investigations and survey services. Additional experience includes Barge Operator at Maersk Oil, Chief Officer at Subsea 7 overseeing flexible pipe-laying operations in Brazil, and Chief Officer for Stena Line managing RoRo operations on cross-channel ferries.
