Scot Mahon

Scot Mahon has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing engineering, currently serving as Operations Manager and Site Manager at Subsite Electronics since December 2018, overseeing all site aspects including engineering, operations, quality, facilities, finance, procurement, and EH&S, while managing site and resource performance. Prior to this role, Scot spent 30 years at Triumph Geared Solutions, formerly part of Rolls Royce Aerospace and Lucas Aerospace, as Operations/Manufacturing Engineering Manager, responsible for creating manufacturing instructions and tool designs for commercial and DOD programs, ensuring compliance with various standards. Scot holds a degree in Manufacturing Technology from W.D. Lowe Tech and has further education from Salt Lake Community College.
