Bernhard Reitinger

Bernhard Reitinger is a writer, speaker, and thinker who explores how to maintain agency and humanity in the age of AI and digital transformation. They serve as a lecturer at FH JOANNEUM and are the founder and author at MUTIG, a platform fostering dialogue on human-machine society. Previously, Bernhard was the Managing Director of CHEKKER GmbH and co-founder of Robotic Eyes, where they led innovative projects in augmented reality and artificial intelligence. Their past experiences include key roles at Microsoft, where they directed software development for UltraMap, and research at Graz University of Technology focused on augmented reality applications in medicine. Bernhard holds a Dr. techn. in Computer Science from Technische Universität Graz and a Dipl.-Ing. in Informatics from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
