Dillard Mills Baker

Dillard Mills Baker is currently the Head of Design at Substack. Prior to Substack, Dillard worked as a Product Design Manager at Quora from November 2016 to April 2020. At Quora, Dillard led a team of designers in solving various challenges faced by the internet, such as community collisions, abuse, harassment, trolling, and quality and credibility issues.

Before Quora, Dillard was a Product Designer at Facebook from June 2015 to November 2016. While at Facebook, Dillard worked on the Core App team where they helped design features related to content sharing, growth in emergent markets, and new content types. Dillard also played a role in onboarding new designers to the team.

Dillard Mills Baker has a bachelors in philosophy and religious studies from Louisiana State University and a Bard College.
