Kevin Alexander has extensive experience in ground service operations and writing. Currently a Writer at Substack since September 2020, Kevin has also held a long-term role at Delta Air Lines since November 1997, where responsibilities include managing logistics, planning, and staffing for ground service operations. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Ramp Agent at Mesa Airlines from June 1996 to April 1998, overseeing staffing and operational duties at the Portland hub, and working as a Cargo Agent at Horizon Air from October 1995 to April 1996. Kevin holds an A.S. in Supervisory Management and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Madison Area Technical College, as well as additional education from Portland Community College.
