Kevin Huynh is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in scaling initiatives that empower writers and organizations. Currently serving as VP Operations at Substack since April 2021, Kevin has held multiple key roles within the company, focusing on removing barriers for writers and enhancing support programs. Prior to this, Kevin co-founded and operated People & Company, aiding prominent brands in community building until its acquisition by Substack. Additional advisory roles include contributions to Merit and Namebase. Kevin's earlier experience encompasses leadership positions at Classcraft Studios Inc. and CreativeMornings, where significant community expansion and event production were achieved.
