Kyle Holden is an accomplished professional with expertise in organizational psychology and talent development. Currently serving as Chief of Story at LOLI Legal Tech Consulting since November 2023, Kyle also contributes as a member of The L&D Collective and authors content for Substack. With a background as a Whole Person Coach at BetterUp and prior experience as a Learning and Development Lead at The Boston Beer Company, Kyle has a strong foundation in training and development from roles at Nestlé Waters. Kyle's career began with an HR internship at HARMAN International. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Forensic Psychology, both from the University of New Haven.
