Manish Koirala

Manish Koirala is an accomplished writer and environmental advocate with extensive experience in journalism and community-focused projects. Currently, Manish serves as a Contributing Writer for Reptiles Magazine and Tricycle: The Buddhist Review, as well as a Freelance Science Journalist for The Annapurna Express. Manish is also an Executive Committee Member at the Nepal Forum of Science Journalists. Previous roles include Web Content Writer at Bimba Glass Interiors and Indigenous Knowledge Fellow at the Avni Center for Sustainability, where Manish documented indigenous honey-hunting practices in Bhujung, Nepal. Educationally, Manish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Kathmandu University, completed in 2023.
