Parul Kapoor

Parul Kapoor is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience in urban planning and creativity. Currently serving as the Founder of The Open Door Co. since April 2025, Parul also contributes as a Writer for Substack, publishing the newsletter "the CREATIVE path," which focuses on creative thinking and living. Since January 2014, Parul has worked as a Consultant for the Delhi Urban Art Commission, where expertise includes project planning, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Parul holds a Master's degree in Planning with a focus on Housing from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Apeejay School of Architecture and Planning, and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Governance and Policy Planning at the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
