Jim LeDane is currently the Director of Perma-Zyme Sales at Substrata, where they are responsible for the global sales of an enzymatic soil stabilizer. With 41 years of sales experience, 36 of which were spent in leadership roles, Jim has dedicated much of their career to building effective sales teams and fostering the success of individuals they have coached. Previously, Jim held various positions, including Region Director at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates and Senior Sales Manager at Reliable Churchill. Jim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Finance from Juniata College and remains passionate about utilizing their expertise to enhance businesses and promote individual growth.
