Substrate AI builds Europe's sovereign AI foundation: a full-stack cloud and compute platform enabling enterprises, governments and research organisations to run large-scale AI workloads under European jurisdiction. Our mission: deliver high-performance, compliant AI infrastructure "built in Europe, for Europe & the World."

Platform Architecture

Substrate AI is delivered in three integrated layers:

1. Substrate Cloud
AI-optimised managed cloud with bare-metal and Kubernetes orchestration, on-demand GPUs across global regions, GDPR-compliant environment for AI training and inference, and dedicated European cloud regions for data sovereignty.

2. AI Factories
High-density, liquid-cooled data centers powering next-generation Nvidia GPUs, engineered for large-scale AI training and inference.

3. Serenity Star
An agentic intelligence layer for compliant enterprise copilots, retrieval-augmented systems and AI assistants. Deployable on Substrate Cloud, creating an end-to-end stack from compute to intelligent agents.

Core Principles

• European data residency via dedicated EU cloud regions ensuring GDPR and regulatory alignment
• High-performance NVIDIA compute (H100, H200, B200, B300 & next-gen) optimised for large-scale training and inference
• InfiniBand and high-power rack design for low-latency, high-throughput AI workloads
• Sustainable infrastructure powered by renewable energy with heat reuse and carbon-capture

Target Sectors

Substrate AI serves healthcare, finance, public sector, manufacturing, gaming and smart cities. Use cases include LLM training, inference, RAG, federated research and mission-critical AI operations.

Who We Serve

For organisations prioritising data sovereignty, auditability and AI performance within EU jurisdiction, Substrate offers turn-key deployments, dedicated clusters and hybrid integration to modernise MLOps while maintaining control and compliance.
