Subtura is a trusted subletting platform built by students, for students — making it safe, simple, and stress-free to rent or sublet housing during co-op terms, study abroad, or short academic stays.

Every year, thousands of students are left paying rent for empty rooms or fall victim to scams when subletting online. Subtura solves this by providing a verified, rent-protected subletting marketplace designed specifically for student housing.

Through Subtura, tenants can easily list their rooms for sublet, verify their subtenants, and receive guaranteed rent protection if the subtenant fails to pay. Subtenants gain access to verified, landlord-approved listings, standardized sublease agreements, and secure payment processing — ensuring confidence and transparency for both sides.

Key Features:
✅ Verified Listings: Every listing is validated with proof of lease, landlord consent, and student enrollment.
💳 Secure Payments: Rent and deposits are handled safely through Subtura’s platform to prevent fraud.
🧾 Rent Protection Guarantee: If a subtenant defaults, Subtura covers the rent to the tenant and handles recovery.
🏠 Legally Vetted Sublease Agreements: Standardized and compliant with Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act.
🔐 Privacy & Compliance: Built in accordance with PIPEDA and FINTRAC regulations for data and payment security.
Subtura empowers students to take control of their housing, eliminates the risks of informal sublets, and builds trust between tenants, subtenants, and landlords.
We’re redefining how student housing works — combining verification, financial protection, and legal compliance into one seamless experience.

Safe. Verified. Rent Protected. That’s Subtura.
