Ada Murillo is a Quality Lead for Latin America & The Caribbean at Subway, where they have also served as a Produce Food Scientist. Previously, they worked as an Auditor for Food Safety at NSF International-Centroamérica, El Caribe y Colombia from 2015 to 2017, and coordinated Risk Management within the Vegetables Division at Walmart from 2011 to 2013 while also overseeing Occupational Health and Safety. Ada is currently pursuing a Master's in Food Safety at Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional and studying Agronomy Engineering at Universidad EARTH.
