Andra Terrell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, legal operations, and franchising. Currently serving as Senior Assistant General Counsel at Subway since August 2023, Andra oversees Legal Operations, Corporate Governance, Contracts, and Real Estate teams. Prior roles include Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Regis Corporation, where Andra successfully executed the sale of Opensalon® Pro for $39 million and managed multiple legal teams. At Church's Texas Chicken, Andra held the position of VP, Deputy General Counsel, leading significant acquisitions and financing initiatives. With previous roles at Luxottica Group and GNC focusing on franchising and regulatory compliance, Andra holds a JD from Howard University School of Law and a B.S. from The Johns Hopkins University.
