Barb Millette

Barb Millette is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in loyalty and customer relationship management across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Loyalty/CRM & Gift Cards at Subway since 2020, Barb previously held similar leadership roles at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., and Regions Financial Corporation as VP of Loyalty Program Management. Additionally, Barb contributed to TSYS as VP of Loyalty Client Relationship Management and Director of Loyalty Program Implementations, following the acquisition of ESC Loyalty in 2005. Barb's career also includes significant positions at RBC Royal Bank, where responsibilities spanned project direction and corporate training within card services and loyalty programs. Educational background includes studies at Sheridan College and the University of Toronto, culminating in a degree from OISE in Education.
