Bill Mathis

Bill Mathis is currently the Chairman of the North American Association of Subway Franchisees and the Coalition of Franchisee Associations. They co-founded and serve as Chief Operating Officer of Slice Nation Pizza Company, which they began in 2024. Mathis has extensive experience in the franchise industry, having held positions such as multi-unit franchisee for Subway and Caribou Coffee, and General Manager at Domino's. They also worked as a Senior Manager at Steak 'n Ale and as a Realtor at Edina Realty in the late 1980s.
