Chris Forando

Chris Forando currently serves as the Global Head of Organization Effectiveness, Learning, and Talent Development CoE at Subway, a position held since January 2022. Additionally, Chris is an Adjunct Faculty member at Three Rivers Community College, instructing courses in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and General Psychology since August 2004. Previous professional experience includes serving as VP of Organization Development at L'Oréal from June 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included diagnosing organizational and team performance issues and enhancing employee well-being. Chris also held roles at Medidata Solutions and Boehringer Ingelheim in talent and organizational development. Educational credentials include completion of the Leadership and Strategic Impact Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and enrollment in the Top Seat: Modern CHRO Program at Cornell University ILR School.
