Colleen Simon

Colleen Simon is a seasoned Sr. Director of Field Operations with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having served as Chief Operating Officer at Homegrown Hospitality Group from 2018 to 2021. They excelled in multisite operations management, achieving notable cost reductions and revenue growth while implementing innovative operational systems. Previously, Colleen held key roles in training and personnel management with Four M Franchising, LLC, and has recently served in various capacities at Subway in 2023. Colleen holds a B.A. in English Literature and Sociology from The University of Connecticut and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management at LSU Shreveport, where they maintain a perfect 4.0 GPA.
