Dan Holm is a seasoned marketing and digital strategy professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Vice President, Global Digital, Payments & Off-Premises at Subway since May 2020, Dan leads initiatives to enhance the digital guest experience, including a comprehensive digital journey study. Prior to Subway, Dan was Chief Marketing Officer at Tom's Watch Bar, overseeing brand strategy and customer experience. As Head of Marketing at Carrabba's Italian Grill, Dan drove significant sales growth and media ROI by optimizing digital strategies. Dan began a career at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where responsibilities included developing digital strategies and customer experiences across multiple brands, including directing a digital loyalty program. Earlier in career, Dan gained foundational experience at Outback Steakhouse in brand management and marketing coordination. Dan holds an Executive Business Program degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a degree from the University of Central Florida.
