Jayadeep Patra

Jayadeep Patra, PhD, is an accomplished epidemiologist and economic analyst with 25 years of experience in substance abuse research and over 100 publications in high-impact journals. Currently, they serve as a researcher at the Dalla-Lana School of Public Health and hold several leadership roles, including President at Shoeless Joe's Limited and Multi Unit Franchisee at Subway. Jayadeep also owns and operates multiple restaurant franchises and has been affiliated with CAMH as a research scientist since 2001. They are furthering their education with a PhD in Epidemiology at the University of Toronto, building on their previous studies, including a PhD in Public Health and a Master's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
