Marc Chartrand has extensive experience in the restaurant and foodservice industry, holding various management and consultancy roles across multiple organizations. From 1991 to 1999, Marc worked as a Specialist in Training and Opening Branches at Prime Restaurants of Canada Inc. and later served as a Business Consultant at Allied Domecq (Dunkin' Donuts) from 1999 to 2003. Marc was a Territory Manager at Mito Sushi Inc. from 2009 to 2016, overseeing operations for nearly 100 branches in Southwestern Quebec and managing various projects, including ERP system implementation. Since October 2016, Marc has been a Management Consultant at Subway, and previously held the position of Management Consultant for Quebec at Chez Cora Breakfast & Lunch from 2003 to 2006.
